When we use dyeing herbs to color our hair it is possible, thanks to the addition of other ingredients, to "turn" the color towards the nuance we desire.
Here are some examples:
For More Red Cold Results:
Clove powder
Cognac
Grape juice (will bring the color towards a red-blue)
Juice or beet powder
Paprika powder
Karkadè
Decoction of red fruits
For results more Red Hot (Copper):
Chamomile
Rhubarb
Curcuma (be careful, very little colors are used)
Cinnamon
For More Blonde Results:
Strong black tea
Chamomile
Rhubarb (Use small amounts as it is colored in intense yellow)
Curcuma (use small amounts because it is colored in intense yellow)
Ginger (for a result that turns to ash)
For More Castan Results:
Strong black tea
Red wine (will bring color to a chestnut)
Walnut husk
