The Kapoor Kachli is a plant in the specific a shrub of perennial type.
It grows in areas of the Himalayas between 1000 and 3000 meters above sea level.
His name Hedychium derives from the two very ancient Greek words "hedys" which means sweet and "chios" means snow, this describes its white and very fragrant flower.
The plant is also characterized by rhizomes which refers to the modification of the central stem.
The leaves are 25-30 cm long, are broad smooth, the flowers are white with a reddish stigma while the fruits are round and develop in the rainy season.
Ayurveda is a word composed of two words, Ayur (life) and Veda (knowledge).
Ayurvedic Medicine is a very ancient practice, it probably originated 3000 years ago in India from the observation by sages of nature and the 5 elements.

The rhizomes have a strong aromatic smell, spicy balsamic that can remember ginger.
It has hypoglycemic, vasodilatory, spasmolytic, antioxidant, antimicrobial properties.
But also volumizing power for our hair, conditioning, anti-dandruff, anti-inflammatory, purifying, it stimulates hair follicles favoring growth.
